Shanyue Heavy Industry’s Basalt Crushing & Screening Production Line Shipped Successfully

Recently, the dedicated complete set of basalt crushing and screening equipment manufactured by Shanyue Heavy Industry finished factory commissioning and quality inspection, then been loaded onto trucks and delivered to the customer’s quarry site.

Basalt is hard ore featuring strong abrasiveness, which imposes strict requirements on the wear resistance, crushing process and overall stability of crushing equipment. In view of the physical properties of basalt and production specifications, the shipped production line adopts the classic crushing process configuration consisting of the European version jaw crusher, single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and vertical shaft impact crusher, combined with linear vibrating feeder and multi-layer linear vibrating screen for coordinated operation. This integrated process system can effectively optimize aggregate shape and improve finished aggregate quality, widely applicable to various high-standard sand and aggregate production scenarios.
